Patent Enforcement

Encore Azaleas are protected under US patent. As owner of the patent, PDSI controls all production and propagation of the varieties. Only growers licensed by PDSI are allowed to produce and sell Encores. Furthermore, PDSI determines the quantities and varieties the licensed growers are allowed to produce. 

Improper use of the Encore logo, images or other visual representations is not allowed. Please reference the Encore graphic standards for further details. 

Those violating the production and/or visual guidelines are subject to all laws governing intellectual property rights. Legal action will be pursued in the event violators are found.
